(“Datalogic”) and global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets announces the appointment of Ms. Laura Bernardelli as Group Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Bernardelli joins Datalogic with extensive international experience as Financial and Strategic Transformation leader working for major international groups in Europe and US. In her multiple financial leadership positions, Ms. Bernardelli held responsibilities over Financial planning, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Restructuring, Acquisition & Integration, IT. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President Group Controlling, Reporting and Digital Finance at Schneider Electric, and previously as CFO of the Comau Group, ITT Italia and Xylem EMEA.
