Bologna, 26 September 2023 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, in execution of the Shareholders’ Meeting resolution of April 27, 2023 authorising the purchase and disposal of treasury shares and of the related purchase program of treasury shares (so-called buyback) started on August 4 2023, today has approved to increase by no. 1,100,000 shares the maximum number of treasury shares covered by the buyback program, for a total of maximum 2,300,00 shares.
The additional terms and conditions of the buyback program remain unchanged (including the final purpose and duration of October 9, 2023), as represented in the Datalogic press release published on August 3, 2023, to which reference is made in full.
