Bologna, August 9th 2018 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”) and global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets, announces that the notary Angelo Busani has resigned from Datalogic’s Board of Directors. The reasons of this resignation is improve the gender diversity in the Datalogic’s Board of Directors. The resigning Director, who was independent and non-executive, was not member of any committee within the Board of Directors.
In the same date the Board of Director has co-opted the Professor Vera Negri Zamagni. Based on the statements made by the Professor Negri Zamagni, the Board has also evaluated that she has the integrity requirements, that causes for her ineligibility and incompatibility do not exist as required by current law and the existence of the requirements of independence, pursuant to the current law and the Borsa Italiana Code of Conduct.
