Bologna, 2nd February 2018 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”) announces, partially modifying the 2018 Datalogic Corporate calendar notified last December 19, 2017, that the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of March 31st 2018, originally scheduled for May 10th, 2018, will be held on May 9th, 2018.
Therefore, the 2018 Datalogic Corporate Calendar, previously announced with a press release dated December 19th 2017, is amended accordingly.
