Bologna, 6 July 2017 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”), announces that the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors, originally scheduled for August 3th, 2017, in order to review the 2017 First Half Report, will be postponed and will be held on 4th August, 2017.
Therefore, the 2017 Datalogic Corporate Calendar, previously announced with a press release dated December 20th 2016, is amended accordingly.
